Broken into smaller groups based on age, ability & competition. Swimmers will be introduced to USA swimming & competition. Mainly focuses on improving technique, achieving best times, and having fun as a team. We will offer a flex group, with the option of practicing either Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday.
