Becoming Well-Rounded Athletes

Broken into smaller groups based on age, ability & competition.  Swimmers will be introduced to USA swimming & competition.  Mainly focuses on improving technique, achieving best times, and having fun as a team.  We will offer a flex group, with the option of practicing either Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday.

2-4 Per Week

PRACTICE DURATION:
45 Minutes to 1 Hour

DRYLAND SESSIONS:
2-4 Per Week – 2 x 30 minutes or 4 x 15 minutes
